This is a simple Megaman plastic model figure that I bought in Hong Kong back in 1999. I had some cheap Pokemon collectibles prior to this, but I didn't collect much other than the first Star Wars figures back in the 1970s. Those figures are unfortunately gone, but they would have been in rough shape anyways.
